A small joinery workshop on the edge of Leyland, Lancashire. We make solid-hardwood furniture and bespoke fitted joinery for homes across the North West. No factory, no team, no production line — every piece passes through one pair of hands.
Refectory, trestle, and pedestal tables in oak, ash, or walnut. Solid tops, traditional joinery, finished in hardwax oil.
Country dressers, low sideboards, Welsh dressers, glazed display cabinets. Hardwood case work throughout.
Freestanding kitchen islands, butcher's blocks, breakfast tables, larder cupboards. Often part of a larger kitchen project.
Alcove cupboards, fitted shelving, window seats, panelling, occasional staircases. Site visit before any quote.
Freestanding and fitted bookcases, writing bureaux, hall consoles. Hardwood throughout — no veneered carcasses.
Cutting boards, serving boards, side tables, plant stands, small turned bowls. Made between larger commissions.
Hand-delivery and on-site installation are included across the North West. Longer journeys are quoted separately based on transport and rigging requirements.
An email or phone call to talk through what you're after, the room, the rough timing.
A workshop visit or site visit depending on the piece. Fitted joinery is always on site.
Initial drawings and a written quote with materials and timeline, usually within a week.
Deposit secures a slot in the queue. Build time depends on the piece; delivery and install included locally.
